Ritualis is owned and operated by Winter Wolf LLC and Cedric/Kedrik has full authority to act in any and all decisions on the behalf of either.

​Refund Policy

Returns will be accepted at the sole discretion of Cedric/Kedrik on the behalf of Ritualis by Winter Wolf. Minimum conditions of return are as follows:

• Item return initiated within 7 days of date received.

• Item unworn and without damage or blemish.

• Buyer contacts Winter Wolf LLC via Cedric before shipping.
• Buyer pays for return shipping.
• Buyer pays for additional shipping for replacement item.

Exceptions will be made if the error, issue, or damage is the fault of Winter Wolf LLC in fulfillment, craftsmanship, or handling. Condition of item will be assessed by Cedric upon arrival before refund/replacement is issued.

If necessary, a polish and restock fee may be applied up to 15%.

​Custom Totem Work

No refunds can be given for custom work design exclusively for the client. In the case of a concern, remedy is at the sole discretion of Cedric/Kedrik.

Deposits on custom work are not refundable. Please enter this process with decisive clarity to maximize the result of our work together.
