This Website and service offerings are operated by the

Wolf Den Private Member Association

a Private Unincorporated Self Governing Association

Heretofore referred to as the "Wolf Den PMA".

NOTICE: By AGREEING TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS anywhere on this site, including but not limited to check-boxes that direct you to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read the content of this page, understand the considerations herein, and intend for them to be lawfully binding, in particular upon completion of exchange.

This is an agreement between two private parties.

In addition, agreement to the Terms & Conditions constitutes intention to become a Common Member of the Wolf Den PMA. As such you will be covered by any and all benefits and conditions specified therein.

Ritualis Jewelry (otherwise known as "Ritualis") is a project within Wolf Den PMA.

Throughout this site and any place where Ritualis is active the terms “we”, “us”, and "our" are synonymous with Ritualis and therefore an extension of the Wolf Den PMA.

Cedric D.A. Clitheroe, elsewise known herein and elsewhere as "Kedrik Winter Wolf", "Kedrik Wolf", "Winter Wolf", and "Kedrik", a living man, is the Founder of the Wolf Den PMA. All information, tools and services available from this site are offered by the Wolf Den PMA, with Kedrik as representative, under the condition of your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

As such, Kedrik has full authority to act in any and all decisions on the behalf of the Wolf Den PMA or the Ritualis Jewelry Project.

NOTICE: All conveyance of value to Ritualis, The Wolf Den PMA, directly or by way of Kedrik are to be considered gifts or honorariums accepted and conveyed per 12 U.S.C. 411 as lawful money.

Any exchange of goods, services, and/or value, as well as visiting this site, requesting our offerings, accessing our content, or utilizing any of our services be they gratis or otherwise is bound by these terms and conditions and expressly within the jurisdiction of the private. This includes the acceptance of any and all Privacy Policies contained herein.

Please make yourself familiar with these agreements.

You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, an emancipated minor, or are using this site under parental or legal guardian supervision. You affirm that you will not use any of these products, services, or offerings for illegal purposes and do not hold us responsible for any outcomes of their use, be they legal or otherwise. The resale, reproduction, or commercial use of ritualis.info, its offerings, services and intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

We do not guarantee any results inferred by anything on this site. These items are considered curio. By claiming these offerings, you are stating that you are at least 18 years of age. These offerings are not meant to replace medical treatment or intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any type of disease.

Refund Policy

Returns will be accepted at the sole discretion of Ritualis.

Minimum conditions of return are as follows:

Item return must be initiated within 7 days of date received.

Item must be unworn and without damage or blemish.

Member contacts Ritualis for a return request before mailing the item back.

Member confirms agreement before mailing.

Member pays cost of return mailing as well as a replacement where applicable.

Exceptions will be made if the error, issue, or damage is the responsibility of Ritualis in fulfillment, craftsmanship, or handling. Condition of item will be assessed by Ritualis upon return arrival before refund/replacement is issued.

If necessary, a polish and restock cost may be applied up to 18%.

Bespoke Relic Work

No returns of honorarium can be given for custom work designed exclusively for the individual. In the case of a concern, remedy is at the sole discretion of Ritualis.

Initial deposits on bespoke or custom items are not returnable. Please enter this process with decisive clarity to maximize the result of our time together.

This isn’t to say that the universe fits into a tidy box. If you sincerely feel that a return of your honorarium is important, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Any and all content created by us, including likeness of Kedrik, and all jewelry designs, are the property of Wolf Den PMA. Use of this content will be expressly by permission and otherwise prohibited.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
